Want More Help Quitting Smoking?

Let me give you my own take on using “reasons” to quit smoking. They are a great way to focus the mind on your new goal, your new life and future ahead of you. It is always worth remembering why you are doing something and helps to achieve any goal, in general.

However, most people use reasons to quit smoking because they rely on willpower to stop smoking. I’ve been there myself so I can understand - the more reasons you have then you think the more likely you are to succeed. You’ll have a stronger willpower and each reason will give you even more power to say “no” to cigarettes and not give up your quit attempt after just a few days. But is there a better way?

Yes There Is!

I used to smoke over a pack a day for a number of years but I’ve been clean now for 8 years. How did I do it? What if I told you that I did it without willpower and without any cravings whatsoever? It was nice to have a list of reasons like the one above but I didn’t need it to quit. I’m sure that you probably knew most of these reasons already anyway, right?
